I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

What fascinates us most about this instrument is that Vena allows us to complete checklists/end-of-month checks. Each of the to-do's can be easily found on a single board/screen.

Great software to consolidate numbers from multiple sources.

This is the most suitable tool that I can recommend to other business enterprises for budgeting and planning. It is fast and more convenient in data conversion as compared to other platforms.

Impressive and intuitive interface. It provides us with excellent tools for invoicing, bank reconciliation and preparation of reports.

The best thing about the Vena is that it can easily get integrated with Excel so the users can use the spreadsheet when needed.

Adaptability with Excel while still being able to use all Excel native functionality. Easy to input variables and run data rich spreadsheets.

Allows data import, easy to navigate and use, customer support is very helpful.

There is no drag and drop from a selection of columns, fields etc. However once you learn the tool, reporting becomes easier.

The ease of use is a big plus for me. Was able to pick up a majority of the best practices within a couple weeks of use.

Workflows were odd and confusing - could never get them to work. Sorting templates to find the data you needed was equally as difficult, although that could have been an institutional thing.

Building a three-statement model is a disaster. Imagine building a balance sheet, but not being able to pull a number from the.

Overall, a great software package if you need to collect huge amounts of the same data from different sources.

I particularly like how easily Vena integrates with my existing software programs (Microsoft Excel based), and the support provided to our business has been second to none.

It may only be my company, but our workflows never seem to work correctly. The templates and background data integrate well and are easy to use, though.

Another feature I like and have improved is the panel that can be personalized in the most used choices to organize it better.

The payroll management and transaction tracking using Vena is excellent. The data analytics and budgeting is effective and i also like data integration capability.

I do not feel that the tool is difficult, or that it is not organizationally functional.

Hard to audit a complicated report, hence you are incentivized not to, therefore what is the point. Reports and input sheets can exist on the same report sheet.
