The adding transation and copy previous function makes it easy to submit the work related expense as well as keep a record for the end user. The customer service is excellent too.

I love Nexonia for its simplicity and the fact it is  highly customizable.

Very good I like receipt integration and the program works very well. I like that is available on both the computer and phone.

I love that it is very user friendly and I am able to upload my receipts with ease without having to save them to a computer first. This is so quick and easy to use.

Overall the software is good and easy to use once you get through login.

There are not many features in this, so far, may be because use case is limited.

There are lot of customizations available. There are multiple third parties integrations which fit more or less all the possible needs.

It has been a great solution. We transitioned to this from another AP/AR solution.

The categories provided make sense and the submission process is a breeze. UX/UI is fairly intuitive and I don't have to worry about extra buttons/flashy new features getting in my face.

Very easy to use and reliable. Just upload any documents,receipts, and expense report , it will easy parse them.

It can be confusing to use unless you know what you're doing beforehand. Not very self explanatory.

It is not the most user-friendly and can be difficult to figure out at first.

Sometimes data entered through the mobile app gets synced with a delay to the profile causing missing data in the middle during synch delay.

Since you are given the choice it is more competitive hence the opportunity to save money.

Strong in defining hierarchies. The application is straight forward and transparent.

Taking the picture straight from your phone is very easy and anyone can do.

Having a product that is easy to use for both field techs and office professionals has been a big benefit. Our users can submit expenses on the go via the mobile app or on the computer web version.

We rarely need to utilize the support team, but when we do they are more than happy to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of our issues.

It is so clunky, unattractive, glitchy, and difficult to use.

If you have to do an expense report, this is a good option.

It's a good overall product. We moved to Blackbaud's Expense Management because they are our Accounting system and it is automatically incorporated into that system.

It is cloud-based and therefore perfect for mobile management of staff expenses in my organization.I love the approval workflow , and how Nexonia integrates seamlessly with our inhouse ERP tools.

It requires a lot of back-end configuration that gets confusing and complicated.

Nexonia helps me not to waste more time than necessary  on logging expenses. The ability to do it on my phone has been a godsend.

Easy to use, the app is great and allows me to control my budget. I use if for over two years and recommend to everyone.

Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Great software, price is affordable for small businesses.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.
