I have used several other online platforms to submit payment applications, but this is the most confusing, frustrating, and time wasting one by far. I have wasted hours of my workday trying to submit & resubmit invoices or find whatever document they say is missing and causing a hold on payment. I have tried watching their lengthy training videos just to figure out how to do one thing, only to find that steps were missing, incomplete, or outdated. It seems you would need to attend a week long instructive seminar just to know how to use this darn thing. Who has time for that?
