Sometimes it has a bug while updating, and then it seems to be restarting all the time.

I use it every day and have done for several years; you don't do that if it's flaky.

The software works how I need it to for tracking the millage with the added advantage of connecting it to hardware.It has a lot more features for teams that I use, which gives it expandability for the future.

Can't say anting is bad about this software as anytime I have had a problem support has been amazing and fixed it asap. Never an issue with them which is so rare nowadays.

Easy to use. Its sensible to traveling, the detection is great. i like the design. Easy to use, just have to swipe. I appreciate that it takes trace of the amount of gaz spent too, could be easier to prepare my declaration as an actor, for my income and taxes report. Its fine that you also detect the kind of vehicule, even by walk... i also appreciate that you have the "private" option, sometimes its useful to know the distance between usual locations. Thanks.

A little bit long to detect a stop. The "report fonction" is not friendly. We could have the option of doing it manually from X to Y, not only month or year... hope it'll be easy when i'll have to send a report

It's easy. Turn it on on your phone, and then it automatically records when you are travelling in a car. You can assign journeys to a specific vehicle, and tag trips for any purpose you like. Easy to pull reports for expenses and accounting.

Occasionally, it thinks that fast cycling trips are in a car. I guess I need to slow down on my bike!

The application is easy to use, automatically and accurately tracks your movements. The fact that you can view your previous trips on a map, and you can name the destinations is very useful too. One very nice feature is it recognizes when you stop somewhere (ex Coffee on the road), and YOU have control whether the stop is part of the initial trip, or you consider them as two different ones (ex: From Office to Client1, then to Client2 - was Client1 just a stop or a destination on its own? - you decide). I have ordered the Beacon that goes with it, and it tracks even better (no longer asks if you arrived at destination when you are stuck in heavy traffic). It's a "Set it and Forget it" kinda app. Very nice. Never miss logging a trip anymore.

The way you name an address is not intuitive. I had to send a request to support to discover this feature existed. By the way, excellent support.

Pangr solves my mileage tracking problem down to the simplest issue which is my memory. Best of all it automatically captures enough data to allow me to defer dealing with it until I want to.

I needed to track significant miles driven for business. Since the business is just me, I don't need an overwhelming accounting control system, but do require an unarguable audit trail for tax reporting purposes. PSNGR gives me a simple way to verify my tax reportable miles driven with minimum investment of time and money.

It's sometimes challenging to remember where I was and what I was doing that may or may not have been a tax deductible expense.

Easy to setup and use, minor issues but all in all a reliable app to track driving expenses for work.

Would like to keep unclassified trips separated. Makes it easier for weekly review before classifying trips and creating report. Also found that sometimes trips cut out before completion. Will sometimes crash when wanting to email report straight from app.

What can I say, it separates my business, pleasure, and medical trips.

It's fairly easy to use. I like it because it always notifies me that I have stopped and have to answer where I've been, and why I went there.

I get a text that will ask me if the trip was for business or pleasure, which I answer. Then I go into the app and it seems to ask me the same question and give more details of my trip. It seems a little redundant. I don't think the text should ask the question, it should only tell you to go to the app.

I do have to make a documentation of milage for several projects and I easyly can make my report for the "Finanzamt" to seperate between private and business tours.

I enjoy the documentation tof the driven route! And the very detailled and automatical start and stop of the documentation with the beacon is perfect.

The option to combine two routes is not very transparent. It does not show the way to the target and the way back clear enough - or I didi not understand hwo to handle.

Categorising trips is clunky. Just takes time

I love the ease of the sorting function. It is also nice that I can go through and sort either directly after my drive or I can wait a few days and sort when convenient.

Sometimes I intend to swipe right to place mileage in a business category and for some reason, it categorizes it as medical. Also when I swipe left to track personal mileage sometimes it will ask if I'd like to delete altogether, when I don't intend to do that.

I like the hashtags and the ease in identifying what my travel was for. I do like to option to have multiple vehicles as to not confuse or not accurately tract my work vehicle with personal travel and business.

The software has crashed a few times or has not recorded my travel at all. The tracking sometimes things I am walking, but then I have to go into each travel and change. So this can be time consuming.

I did get some traveling route that were not accurate (3-4 in a month). Could be great if we could enter tags like 'office' and everytime we go to this adress, the tag would be automaticaly entered
