There was lack of actual instructions on how to use the program. I had to guess at certain steps such as printing from one form copy to another.

VERSITILITY AND TRACKING AND EASE OF OPERATION AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY SIZE BUSINESS.

I can say that Pat in customer service has made my job better and easier. All the employees that I have dealt with at PBS have been wonderful.

I have used this software before at another job and I LOVE IT, easy, flexible, great service.

If I have a problem they get back to me right away and stick with it until it is fixed. I always get to speak to the same person, which is a plus.

We switched from pre-printed invoices to laser printed invoices. This results in a huge cost savings, and they look great.

Now we get paid sooner and we have better cash flow. Passport customer support is great.

However, when I do need help, Pat at Passport is the best. He understands the software as well as the accounting side so he is able to troubleshoot quickly and effectively.

In 2015 for example, we plan to purchase the MRP module (reasonably priced). Customer service has been 5-star for our company, with prompt and helpful support when we need it.

I can say that [SENSITIVE CONTENT]  in customer service has made my job better and easier. All the employees that I have dealt with at PBS have been wonderful.

It has been a great experience. Wonderful guidance , easy use, highly recommend.

I love the fact it is so user friendly. Most of all the customer support is.

Bill is easy use O/E or  A/R side can be used like we have many customer charge and pay later.

The company does not offer tech support so you have no other choice.

FOR THE PRICE IT IS THE BEST ACCOUNTING PROGRAM OUT THERE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSATISFIED.

It is super easy of use and a real time saver.

My staff is so familiar with the functions that  to choose an alternative would be too costly from a purchase to a training standpoint.

Right now if you order more then ONE item you cant see the second item etc till you print to correct errors made when ordering.

We are thrilled with the decision we made to use the Passport Software for our ACA compliance.

The only problem I am having is setting up direct printers.

My only complaint is that I have trouble finding transactions. The system allows searches on several factors but not always the one I know.

We used to have to set the time back on our server to invoice in the previous month. That became harder to do because of the new virtual server we were forced to change to when our old server crashed.

Passport is a real accounting program with good audit trails. They have excellent  customer service and are always willing to assist with any issue we might be having.

One of my favorites is the manufacturing side which is logical, easy to use and is as massive and multi-leveled as a user is willing to go.

I have had positive feedback from several customers about the changes to their invoices and statements. I like that I can copy and paste long descriptions from a Word document into a Passport invoice.

Transition from Passport and Counterpoint to Passport Business Solutions.

The software itself was easy to use and understand but we were most impressed by the customer support provided by Passport.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

Seamless integration is a benefit. We have been using it for years and I like the continuous improvements that are made to the platform.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.
