- This software is very user friendly. Their customer service is very helpful and I love the Chat feature.
- The best part about this software was the ease of setup. It's very easy to enter customers, receive payments, and keep track of expenses.
Cons
- There is only on Option for a credit card processor and the customer support for this is awful. If your application is denied there is no clear appeals process.
- If I didn't have a business degree and taken a few accounting classes it would probably have been tough to get started.
Pros
- I evaluated around ten other project management tools before selecting Paymo. Tech support is friendly and responsive.
- What do I like best - the value. When searching for a solution Paymo offered the most for the least and has been continuously working to improve the APP.
Cons
- When I tell people about Paymo, they immediately think it's a financial tool, not a project management tool, based on the name. I would hate for this to hold Paymo back in the market.
- I guess my biggest dislike is the new timesheets view, the hitboxes on the time entries seem to be slightly out of sync with the visual modules.
