It definitely was extremely helpful during Covid when we weren't able to go into the office to process our checks. We were able to pay our vendors in a timely manner, and we never skipped a beat. We are currently taking the next step with Paymerang to automate our internal invoice approval process. Cons: There is always a learning curve when it comes to learning a new software program, however, our account manager was always there for us for any questions we had. I would like to see their staff reach out more often to our vendors to see if they may now take card or ACH rather than check. Paymerang was able to accomodate our need for extra reviewers/approvers. When we have to request customer support the staff is helpful and timely in their response. And by earning money on card transactions, our accounting department turns into a little profit center. Cons: When I look at the screen for a particular vendor transaction, It is not always easy to see what has been done. You may see items that are cancelled and then reissued, but it is not clear always as to who cancelled them and why. (someone internal to Paymerang).
