In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

I like PayPal you can use it anywhere you can take it anywhere as it's easy access my experience with PayPal has been wonderful.

Additionally, I love the ease of transferring money PayPal provides. It's so simple to use, effective, and secure.

It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.

I love Paypal because it is so easy to use and super compatible with anyone regardless of where they live.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.

My overall experience with PayPal is amazing I love them I would rate them an 11 if I could.

Absolutely love how secure using PayPal through websites and even at the gas station. Super user friendly and will always recommend it.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.

I'm sorry, but the voice of the person chosen to do the tutorial videos is really hard to listen to.

The credit card processing options are limited to a few restrictive processors who are prejudicial against certain businesses and industries.

The tutorials are very helpful. I have never seen such good customer service and support.

WHEN I SIGNED UP I SAID I WAS A CASH BASIS COMPANY AND THEY DID NOT WARN ME THAT NO SUCH REPORTING WAS AVAILABLE.

Check template is difficult to adjust. Some items are hard to change at setup.

I think the ease of set up, integrated logo into all quotes, invoices. Easy to put footnotes on both quotes and invoices.

Finally, the ease of communication with vendors and customers within Zarmoney is exactly what I was hoping for.

ZarMoney does have a mobile app, but it has limited functionality compared to the desktop version.

It has been a very good transistion from QB desktop. Staff and sales are great.

Bank set up was amazing and secure. The best thing for me is the dashboard let’s me see my company’s Performance from quotes sent, invoices due, cash in the bank.

I was able to setup my company in minutes and was able to produce workflow instantly. Support is very responsive with immediate solutions.

WAS PROMISED CASH BASIS REPORTING 2 WEEK AGO STILL WAITING. I NEED TO DO MY TAXES SO I'LL BE GOING THROUGH THE PAIN OF SWITCHING BACK TO INTUIT.

I work at odd hours, sometimes in the middle of the night. I couple of times I was not able to log on because of scheduled maintenance.

They all left me short on one aspect or another, poor invoicing, no quotes, double entry madness. Zarmoney does it all with very little effort on my part.

It has almost all the features of Quickbooks for a much more reasonable price. It is simple to learn and their customer service is excellent should you require more assistace.
