PEX is a great alternative to reimbursement checks for regular volunteers.

The only CON is the delay in funding the account. You really have to plan ahead do account for the 4 day delay.

One less thing to worry about during the day to day grind. Very easy to set up and use.

I really like this system and how easy it is to use.

I like the new vendor card function. There are a few issues but this is a developing product that we have started to embrace.

The app is very user friendly. You can easily add receipts to your transactions and all of the information is loaded automatically.

The ease of uploading a receipt and image as well as coding it.

This card is easy to use and can be used in any store.

The only thing I don't like is how many days it takes for money to transfer from the bank to the PEX card account.

When there is fraudulent activity you don't receive the funds back until the case is investigated and decided in your favor.

Its fast, easy, and convenient. Customer Service is awesome.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.
