This is the best software so far that I have encountered for use by small commissaries.

Pros:

It can function as an alternative to other expensive ERP solutions for small businesses. It's easy to use.

Cons:

Renewing of subscription, it sometimes the link to renew doesn't work, so I have to email support first

Reasons for switching to ProfitBooks

I find the feature on inventory movement in profitbooks more suitable for our operation

I like the invoice creation section in ProfitBooks because it makes generating invoices quick and easy. The process is simple and user-friendly, allowing me to create and send invoices without spending much time. It helps keep billing organized and makes managing payments more efficient for daily business tasks

Cons:

The Excel upload list feature in ProfitBooks is a bit confusing and could be improved for easier use.

Nothing , absolutely a scam , data collection at its worst

Cons:

Total scam I’m still trying to deal with, as soon as they had all my details I couldn’t log in again. I first thought it might be me, so I created another account, different email, same thing happened. They took an age to respond to my request to fix the problem and a guy called [sensitive content hidden] said he’d get his “team” onto it, the thing is I don’t believe there is a team because he is the only one who responds to WhatsApp, email or live chat! I later received a blank email, no business details at all or signature telling me my new password was password, it didn’t work of course. [sensitive content hidden] later WhatsApp messaged me asking for the password they had sent!?!? The issue still exists and today I received an email asking to join a Microsoft team meeting to fix it, I declined as it was obvious it was just another delaying tactic…..avoid at all costs

Very strong Accounting structure, Reports and Analytical Statements are very helpful, interface is also very user friendly, All the areas are very effective for the user.

Cons:

Need to develop more about GST, At the end of the it is finding difficult to match the balance of GST in the portal to profitBooks balance, Invoicing can be better like adding authorised signatory, QR code etc

It has a user friendly interface and it simplifies the accounting for non-accountants. Perfect for small business owners. Invoicing,expenses tracking and inventory managment make it a good fit for small businesses. Huge Time saver!

Cons:

Limited scalability and it focuses on simplicity over advanced features, it can help only small businesses and freelancers and it's not a good decision to use it for growing business.
