Nothing , absolutely a scam , data collection at its worst

Cons:

Total scam I’m still trying to deal with, as soon as they had all my details I couldn’t log in again. I first thought it might be me, so I created another account, different email, same thing happened. They took an age to respond to my request to fix the problem and a guy called [sensitive content hidden] said he’d get his “team” onto it, the thing is I don’t believe there is a team because he is the only one who responds to WhatsApp, email or live chat! I later received a blank email, no business details at all or signature telling me my new password was password, it didn’t work of course. [sensitive content hidden] later WhatsApp messaged me asking for the password they had sent!?!? The issue still exists and today I received an email asking to join a Microsoft team meeting to fix it, I declined as it was obvious it was just another delaying tactic…..avoid at all costs

Very strong Accounting structure, Reports and Analytical Statements are very helpful, interface is also very user friendly, All the areas are very effective for the user.

Cons:

Need to develop more about GST, At the end of the it is finding difficult to match the balance of GST in the portal to profitBooks balance, Invoicing can be better like adding authorised signatory, QR code etc

its a cloud-based web app, no set up requred any where we can use on webapp

Pros:

The User Interface, the recent upgradation is really good. It is cloud based, hence I can access it from anywhere around the globe.

Cons:

The period needs to be selected for every window. If we can select the period at the start and view transactions, especially in the cases where you need opening and closing balances. It gets little difficult at times. Also, sometimes once u are done entering data and click on save, it says something went wrong. That causes loss of time.

Cons:

I’ve truly enjoyed using ProfitBooks—there’s nothing I dislike! Its intuitive interface makes invoicing, expense tracking, inventory, payroll, and GST/tax compliance remarkably simple, even without accounting expertise

Incredibly user friendly and cost effective software and best option for small businesses. if it focuses on advanced features then large enterprises also can use it with it's cost effective feature. best tool to get business finances and highly recommended for small businesses.

It has a user friendly interface and it simplifies the accounting for non-accountants. Perfect for small business owners. Invoicing,expenses tracking and inventory managment make it a good fit for small businesses. Huge Time saver!

Cons:

Limited scalability and it focuses on simplicity over advanced features, it can help only small businesses and freelancers and it's not a good decision to use it for growing business.

Pros:

I like the ease of customization and adding additional data fields/types and the speed of the interface.

Cons:

There is an issue with the invoice templates that adds INVOICE to the top of the page and the Invoice type as well. This cuts through the top layer of the actual invoice such as the company logo.
