I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

I've been using QuickBooks for over 5 years now. The software is simple and easy to learn, without too big of a learning curve.

What I liked most about this software is that is absolutely the easiest to use and the quickest to learn. Everything is straight forward and not complicated.

The thing I am most fond of with QuickBooks Self-Employed  version is the ease of use.

This comes free when filing with TurboTax Self Employed, so it did not cost anything to set up. It's pretty intuitive and makes it easy to categorize transactions and spending.

There is a slight delay on tracking purchases, this makes it harder for up-to-the-minute finance tracking.

Quickbooks is amazing for self-employed people.

It's difficult to configure it and make any changes. Customizing your invoices can be a real pain.

Quickbooks is very good accounting software with all accounting solutions and also cost effective.

Also, that filing of taxes become super easy as the software guides one through an intuitive process and does the filing at the end. This software is a money-saver and give true peace of mind.

I used to use another software program for scanning receipts and running reports for my tax preparation but it always crashed and the customer support was getting less and less.

Misleading UX Ease of Access Claim & Terrible Customer Service.

I can use it for just my business without having to integrate personal accounts. Easy to work with my accountant too.

Usually failed to tie up scanned receipts/invoices with the bank feed meaning huge numbers of transactions had to be edited.

Many times my tag will not register and I have to go back and do it again. It can be quite aggravating.

I hated  the fact that it asked me every time there was a new entry if I wanted to make a rule for that entry. I wanted QB to be fast as possible because I loathe accounting.

Overall it had been a great experience so far,  and I look forward to continue using it.

I got logged out once and couldn't get logged back in and was sorta difficult to get it fixed but was eventually back on it.

QuickBooks self employed is very similar to the regular desktop version it is easy to use for small business owners and organizes reports in a good manner.

Some of the integrations with upload information in batches. This can cause duplicate entries or missing entries.

Clean and smart, I had one of my client's, who is a CPA, rave about it so much, I decided to try it again after many years of having not used it. Many app integrations are available.

DON'T touch this product, it is the worst. The App doesn't track your millage correctly.

It's free to have clients pay invoices through ACH Debit though, so that's awesome. You also get your money way faster than through other means.

You gotta make some money to pay that monthly fee.

Our accountant warned us that she was seeing a lot of errors in QuickBooks self-employed with her clients.

One of the reasons I selected QuickBooks was its integration with TurboTax. However, I was disappointed to realize that it only adjusted for Federal Taxes, not State.

Ease of use, the ability to balance a multitude of accounts within one system. It is easier to use than other available programs and easier to understand entered data.

Great software for invoicing, logging expenses and tracking finances. The software is very easy to use and can be used on mobile as well.

I like that the web application includes rules for setting up automation so that I don’t have to approve every transaction that appears in my Self-Employed account.

Overall, definitely worth using when it comes free with TurboTax.

Overall this is the only software that i would consider when it comes to helping me with my business finances and taxes.

QuickBooks makes it very easy for me to export the documents I need for my accountant, and also forgetting the report of my overall income, spending and profits.

If you simply want to be able to keep up with the your expenses and mileage this is a good place to have it all together at an affordable price.

P&L and tax reports categorise quite a few categories as non-deductible so you have to recalculate. I'm sure there's more but it's too painful to recall.

Can be difficult to run annual reports at tax time.

I am enjoying using this software because it helps me itemize deductions for tax season in advance.
