Pros
- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.
Cons
- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
Pros
- Simple and straightforward to use. Makes invoicing easy and quick; and it's free which is perfect for a small operation like mine.
- Cost (Free!), Simplicity, Ease of reviewing all invoices, Ease of adding/removing columns, Ease of sending Quote, then Invoice, then Receipt.
Cons
- There is no extra space to add UTR numbers, not just Company numbers. Can choose non VAT registered, but the VAT column stays in the invoice.
- I am unsure whether this product complies with HMRC Making Tax Digital in the UK. If it doesn’t comply then I will have to switch to a different supplier.
