Pros
- The ease of adding vendors and customers is great. Once you iron out the how to of the invoice templates they can be very useful to switch what is needed on each invoice per customer.
- Up time is fantastic and they always send out down alerts immediately. Love the reports to Excel - works great.
Cons
- I had a little bit of trouble navigating through my past transactions for previous years. Other people have been having the same problems.
- The user experience was awful compared to Xero I just could not get on with it. Unfortunately it just didn't work for me.
Pros
- Making the portal both client friendly and easy to use for myself. Also the ability for clients to put in work requests that can populate direct to an invoice, makes getting payment so easy.
- The ability to do everything in one platform is nice. I don't have to use everything to get the greatest use out of it either.
Cons
- I find that it's not intuitive enough to call some functions in the app and that leaves us to frustration and frustration leave us to abandon the app.
- Nothing I honestly can not fault it. Every time I think to myself “I wonder if this software can do this.
