  • Pros

  • The ease of adding vendors and customers is great. Once you iron out the how to of the invoice templates they can be very useful to switch what is needed on each invoice per customer.
  • Up time is fantastic and they always send out down alerts immediately. Love the reports to Excel - works great.
  • Cons

  • I had a little bit of trouble navigating through my past transactions for previous years. Other people have been having the same problems.
  • The user experience was awful compared to Xero I just could not get on with it. Unfortunately it just didn't work for me.

  • I like how user friendly it is and how easy it is for clients to figure out. I can invite client users and they're usually able to figure it out pretty easily.
  • Ease of use for our side and our clients, helps keep things organized, and great project management tool. Absolutely love suralink.
  • Cons

  • I think mostly user error). Is there a cheat sheet out there for clients that have multiple accounts.
  • I sense clients get confused in how to manage notifications and/or by why they're receiving notifications, as sometimes there is a lag.
