Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This is a great out of the box software. Pretty intuitive and easy to use for a small business. I've used it in multiple small companies and it's always easy and the customer service is great.

  • love the non-profit features super easy to navigate - very user friendly many more features that are helpful too

  • Cons

  • I don't have really anything bad to say about this program, the only thing is the search engine which can use a lot of work to make it work fluently.

  • It is initially a bit costly and will require some training but once implemented it should help pay for itself.

  • Pros

  • easy to use and straight forward to use each module

  • The modules are easy to use . The screens are easy to navigate and they are user friendly. there is excellent audit tracing for each module.

  • Cons

  • Not extremely user friendly, but is better than some software. While reporting is stated as good, many customized reports are required.

  • The price is a little high, although the product, is a very productive software. if you are a small company.
