Pros/Cons
Pros
- We love that you can customize everything. Tracking certain expenditures is extremely important, and although they may not be a big deal for one company, they're huge for us.
- Our overall experience has been very good. We are very happy with the flexibility of the product and specifically the financial statement feature.
- I have had a good overall experience with quickbooks. It helps me to get what I need to done so that our books are balanced and our reports are generated.
Cons
- We continue to have issues, they want you to call them every time you get locked out or theirs an issue with this crappy software. Terrible terrible company at this point.
- The security on it does lack, there isn't a two-step authentication. And there was a limitation to the number of products in the list especially for inventory purposes.
- Even with internet outages, you can still get things done. Everything is backed up automatically, so even if someone makes a mistake, you can jump back to the day before and fix it.
Pros
- My overall experience with tally prime was good as a practising chartered accountant, I majorly provide services to small and medium size entities and it is best suited for them.
- Wao, the E-invoicing and E-way billing as well as financial reporting in Tally Prime has made my daily task as accountant less stressfully, it is great great great.
- It very flexible & can be made as per our requirement , its user friendly & cost effective. I would recommend for the same.
Cons
- The level of nonsense from this supplier is simply incomprehensible.
- The UI is extremely unpleasant for non-accountant (and for some accountants as well).
- Also customization is very limited so if you're in requirement of a scalable tool that allows you to customize its utility, you should look for other accounting tools.
