Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I loved the user-friendly dashboard and how easily it connects to all of your different services and platforms.

  • I enjoy the ease of setting up new company files and effective recording. Automatic updates is awesome!

  • Cons

  • It can get really pricey but you pay for what you get also it take awhile to learn but the customer service line is always there to help.

  • A bit tricky when you have a question, but I do like the forum for users.

  • Pros

  • SO easy to use. I love that I can input my receipts as they are produced. Its saved me so much time every month doing my expenses and returns. It also integrates with my Zoho mail

  • The receipt scanning is quick and accurate. The drag and drop functions are nice for uploading receipts. The app is fairly light and easy to use as well.

  • Cons

  • Some feature might be missing BUT as this is not a standaline product but works very well with other zoho products, Zoho Expense is indispenable to our company

  • I can honestly say I have yet to find a "con" in this software. Both the desktop version and mobile version work seamlessly.
