Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Fairly simple to use and has lots of features. I really like that I can make invoices as well. The reporting is well featured and intuitive.

  • Easy to use. Uncomplicated when it comes to inputting data. I like that you can use the mobile app and it syncs with the computer system on the desktop version.

  • Cons

  • While Quicken is great, I wish it had a feature that would allow me to be able to log on to a web-based version so I could make simultaneous updates with my assistant manager.

  • With each update you have to learn your way around again but that is a small price to pay for remaining up to date.

  • Pros

  • Amazing user interface. Very Powerful. Easy to use.

  • It has so many options to make work so much easy

  • Cons

  • It is a little bit difficult to understand it at the beginning, but when you familiarize yourself with the System all is good with it. Has a few issues with the 10.0 Desktop version

  • The only thing we couldn't do was import customer documents into the orders. Also very easy to accidentally update information.
