Cool invoice software
I love the way the software has made invoice management easy and trendy. The templates are vibrant, the dashboard is holistic and automation is all a busy prof needs.

extremely recommended , it mades our team happy
it is amazing app, very professional , ease of use and powerful support team . *before this app i used other CRM and accounting for our company , most of them are complex and useless and expensive , but Refrens have all same options and even more than others , but extremely easy and user friendly with reasonable price .

Don't fall in trap, They don't pay the funds.
They are not paying my payout of Rs 45,820. The dashboard is clearly showing Rs. 45,820 as pending settlement. I have sent multiple emails to care@refrens.com and info@refrens.com but no response received. I tried writing on support chat from the dashboard as well but the message fails to send everytime. I think they have blocked my email. They only released 1 settlment of Rs 9k around and not releasing the higher amount. Scammers!!!
PROSNothing. They are liars and scammers as they don't pay freelancers money.
CONSMost of the times international payments get failed. And for the successfull transactions they don't release the funds. The customer support is worst I have used in my experience.

Amazing Customer Service
Since I started using it during covid. We moved from Tally to Refrens as this was on the cloud. Easy to use and login from mobile, laptop and login for accounts person too

This software has everything I was always looking for and is a mini office in itself with inbuilt features of sending invoices and expenses and quotations directly to clients and not just on email but on WhatsApp as well. Take a free trial and you’d know it all.
PROSIt reduces the dependency on man power as any individual can self manage his entire office of up to 25 people comfortably using this software for invoicing and it doesn’t stop here, it also helps in maintaining a record of Expenses as well.
CONSMmmm, if I have to, if I have to then I’d say what I like the least is the pricing. They can easily sell it at a higher rate.

The on boarding process was lovely. There was no problems in migrating from other billing software.
PROSI really like the layout and the features. I really like how it is a platform, CRM quotation, and it also has a built-in portfolio management
CONSI have been using this platform for about three months now, and it has no flaw at all.

The alternative is not nearly close to this particular program at all did not like Zoho books so much we amazing customisation of invoice, quotation and billing layout is unmatched.

PROSinvoicing / tracking bill payments and mantaining client data basee and also patern of invoicing making modification customising it according to my style ..
CONSIf digital sign option available then it could be a value addition and i could not have to download then again open in pdf and put my digital sign certificate on it. Further more style and pattern of invoicing would attract more but i know it will increase the cost also so i am happy with what is available with this nominal price.

Truly great invoicing tool for small & medium business
I have been using this tool for my business for a long time and I am very glad to find it after wave.app discontinued service in Asia.. truly great developing software.
CONSThere is a slight sec gap in typing fast as it’s cloud based, I hope they work on this and remove this gap difference in typing text for speed typers like me.

CONSRefrens is the best product but can work on custom options for invoicing and involves option for auto addition of payment charges depending upon payment source.
