  • Pros

  • I am a programmer/IT consultant/Software engineer. Not having to write a tool to fix the data is a very nice win.
  • The user experience is amazing. But what is even better is there customer service.
  • But SaasAnt fills this void beautifully, and the customer service is always top notch - even when it turns out that my questions have easy answers.
  • Cons

  • I confirm, from moment you buy (you get no refund, no trial), no support, only chat with waste of time, and even if you open tickets, and wait, no one will come.
  • VERY limited ability to translate input or output data if it does not match Quickbooks fields. When informed their software was inadequate they refused to give a refund.
  • Then tried to upload template after entering in test data and failed to upload.

  • It was super easy for us to use Zoho Forms and it will be for you too. Integration process of Zoho Forms with our existing business was really easy and fun.
  • I am very pleased with this product and still continue having the subscription for it today. It was great to use and very helpful to our organization.
  • The web-based help screens provide comprehensive support for creating forms and their email support team is very responsive.
  • Cons

  • The first is the inability to have a color picker on the form. It's not included in the standard list and you can't add it yourself.
  • The only form builder I found that has an offline feature.
  • Template designs are limited compared to similar products.
