Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The set-up was very easy. The instructions giving was easy to follow. Customer service was very helpful with the questions that we had.

  • Sage is easy to navigate and easy to learn. There is so much that you can do with the program, it was very useful in my Billing Department.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes all those features can be confusing and trying to navigate the options can confusing but the online support is very very helpful

  • Some things are difficult to find, the search button helps with this, but not always. Recently had trouble finding the ACH setup

  • Pros

  • easy to use, none of our users had any problem getting used to using it and it is very intuitive. Great!

  • SO easy to use. I love that I can input my receipts as they are produced. Its saved me so much time every month doing my expenses and returns. It also integrates with my Zoho mail

  • Cons

  • The support is very fast and efective, but sometimes we need spanish support by phone and only english is available

  • Some feature might be missing BUT as this is not a standaline product but works very well with other zoho products, Zoho Expense is indispenable to our company
