Expensive website integration because of the complexity and lack of standards in the SQL database. It can get expensive because many things require expert assistance and new modules.

Sage customer and tech support has never been able to explain or solve these multiple errors. Very frustrating and makes Sage 300 very unreliable.

Ve used a lot of their products. My favorite was Peachtree but this one was a good second.

This software is very user friendly and our accounting team uses it constantly throughout the day. We couldn't function without it.

Poor integration of modules (lots of posting and reposting batches). Not at all a modern feel.

We have worked with Sage for many years and will continue to. They are always improving and building on existing features.

Its convenient to be able to access remotely, when there is a major problem you get tossed between who is hosting it and the sage support which is frustrating.

Customer support is excellent. The software has multiple modules to assist with a growing company.

Creating custom import file for Sage to import for Accounts Payable was difficult at times. Import utility wasn't as dynamic as we needed.

Very difficult to change yearend, very difficult to fix mistakes, do not like I have to deal with an agent for the software.

Job costing is horrendously complicated and very difficult to keep reconciled. Reporting is antiquated and completely inadequate.

Payroll absolutely loves this product, so that makes it worth the price. The effort of ease of the product.

I like how easy it is to navigate through the program. Everything is clearly organized, and you don't have to search for what you need.

I like how it makes the entire business cycle seamless. It is also really good at integrating with many available options.

I love the functionality and the ability to customize to our business' needs.

I love the intelliegence Reporting. And the ease of the reconciling Bank Statements, and making Journal Entries.

Unfortunately this was badly done 20 years ago and they have not bothered to invest much in it ever since.

When it sends emails out it is seen by the Outlook as a virus and blocks it.

Some troubleshooting stuff is very technical with limited information.

The General Ledger, Payable, and Receivable and bank module are very useful and fit out needs. I like new upgraded features.

Its so badly written and dated. The program has real issues with installing and conflicts with Windows basic securities.

Data tables are old in structure and hard to function with. For example, I have to use address line 4 for emails because the email field is in a different table.

Payroll and inventory unavailable as 300 components. No hard timetable for adding modules.

This is easy to use and the best product in the accounting market.

No amount of faster internet is going to bring it down to local hardware speed.

We liked most that it was easy to integrate with our Sales Force Solution.

Reports modules are the worst I have ever seen. Requires expensive consultant support in order to customize what should be readily available reports.

So companies can pay in advance for one year or more and get a discount. The is also an option to pay month by month.

Difficulty is posting of Discount allowed to customers into General Ledger. Suppliers Inquiry reports drill down -NOT  flexible.

Room for improvement but does what it needs to & reliable. Excellent customer service.

Worth an investment to do away with spreadsheets and digest the finance material into one working solution.

AccuFund's support is exceptional and usually replies within 24 hours. The separate modules integrate with each other and are easily customized to the city's needs.

Once the software is installed and you get training on the modules. It becomes more user friendly.

The ease of use and the robust customization to what is needed for your organization.

I am very happy with our transition to AF after working in QB for over 30 years. The software fits our needs and I wish more United Ways could afford it.

My favorite feature is the ability to scan your own images on every type of entry, and the ability to create detailed organization accounts.

Filling in the time card is way more difficult than it needs to be.

The standard features of each of the modules provide a good framework for effective and efficient processing of transactions.

Very unforgiving of errors and not amenable to certain transactions. For instance, invoice cancellation does not release the receiving.

Their product support provided the needed organization and product expertise for a successful implementation. Their customer service always responds with 60 minutes and mostly within 30 minutes.

There are so many things that I love about this software program, the A/P module, the A/R module, the Payroll module, Loan tracking, the Requisition and Purchase Order system.

We have the accounting, purchasing, budget and fixed asset modules.

I am very happy with our decision to move to AccuFund. It is specific to non-profit accounting, and the company adheres to a continuous improvement philosophy.

Integration with Zoho and Expensify are seamless. Transition from QuickBooks was easy and the transition team is easy to work with.

Basic user interfaces which can be less have user interactions and too much features will caused to user to difficult to work and handle.

Please look at other accounting software and compare cost, functionality and support services.

It's not easy to fix your mistakes, your books you got it with the program not enough at all to understand the program, the service too expenses.
