For Project Based companies it allows them to see whether they are meeting their budget during the project vs. afterwards. The Reports function is also very good as well. A Report takes only a few Clicks and I am able to view a full Balance Sheet or Aging Report in a matter of seconds. Inventory Tracking is also good as long as you have actual Stock on Hand and are not simply tracking Invoices. #### Cons As I am writing this article, I find myself getting hungrier; however, I believe that the user interface has been stagnant for years. In some cases it takes 2-3 clicks to locate a setting. There isn’t a real mobile application. Petty complaint – Every time Sage pushes out an update, I feel like they move things around in the menu’s for no reason and then I must learn where my frequently accessed reports were moved. Support is spotty at times.
