Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The set-up was very easy. The instructions giving was easy to follow. Customer service was very helpful with the questions that we had.

  • Sage is easy to navigate and easy to learn. There is so much that you can do with the program, it was very useful in my Billing Department.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes all those features can be confusing and trying to navigate the options can confusing but the online support is very very helpful

  • Some things are difficult to find, the search button helps with this, but not always. Recently had trouble finding the ACH setup

  • Pros

  • Great user interface. Reliable. Excellent customer service. Consistent updates making the product even better & adding new features (without charging you more for them).

  • Zola Suite has been super easy to use. Although they provided an onboarding specialist to walk me through the product, I didn't need the help. The product is very intuitive.

  • Cons

  • There are frequent updates to roll out new features. Although this is a good thing, things changing frequently in the software can sometimes slow down processing time.

  • Email can have glitches at times but the Zola team is constantly updating, fixing bugs and adding new features.
