It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

If you could get the innovative nature of Salesforce to your business you would get amazing talent collection to your organizations.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.

The improvement to my project and workflow management is great. The additional educational resources and webinars are great.

Seamless integration into our own internal studio process. Best of all its a great user experience and looks great too.

It has an easy to use interface that very useful when I plan and cost projects. The support and training is responsive and upbeat.

Love how it syncs with Xero, love the upgrades, love the support service, love the product.

I missed that the upgrade doesn't have the same print job sheet feature. And I miss the stop watch time tracker.

Streamtime helps everyone stay on schedule with the awesome ability to see time and budget tracking.

More integrations with things like gCal, hubspot etc would be great. Currently we're using zapier as a hack.

I am finding it hard to think of anything negative about Streamtime.

We are missing some funcionalities that will come in a while. Gantt charts in the job views with dependencies.

The tech support is amazing. Friendly, fast and helpful.

First of all, it got a great UI an UX, and it's very easy to understand. The budget and timeline features are great and so does the customer support.

It is super useful and important if you have a need to monetize your website without big issues.

From a project management perspective, I find planning easy; quoting, invoicing and connection with Xero seamless, and reporting intuitive.

The filtering of jobs is a little confusing but I think I just need to spend some more time with it.

Pretty good best time sheet program i have used, i can't comment of the invoice/suit side of things.

Great for project organization with a clean interface and great support.

It has been instrumental in the way I am learning to cost jobs, write proposals and get on top of my workload on a day to day basis.

However, the pain of the learning curve was offset by the support we received.

To many emails about stuff , im busy and i don't care , sorry no offence. Support timing sometimes annoying we are in NZ if i have a problem first thing , AUS not at work for 2 hours.
