This system allowed us to combine everything into one place. No longer did we have an order entry software, an accounting software, and an EDI software all separate. Out of the box it's not 100% ready for a more complex company set up. We have had to purchase third party add ons to make it work the way we needed it to work. It's also so complex that even 8 years later we are still learning new things about how it works. Can take a while to learn.
