The customer service functionalities include social media support, customer self-service, and customer reporting. With the Point of Sale application, users can complete transactions with the Sell app. The solution offers a mobile-first design, which allows users access to information remotely from a mobile device.

Additionally, SAP Anywhere offers features like Google Sheets Integration, Order Matrix and Pay and ShipStation Integration. It offers a subscription license for a one-time fee with an option to add channels and users monthly. Support is offered via online training videos, FAQs and phone.

Good for small business.

Pros

Recommended for small type business. What i like best about this software is it can manage. A large set of data and has a fast runtime.

Cons

Not so easy to use especially for non technical persons. And some of the features are not well used.

Friendly

Overall, the system is a good value for the money. It is a favorite amongst my colleagues and I would recommend it to anyone who is in the decision making process.

Pros

Ease of use is amazing. The functionality of the system goes beyond what is expected. The ease between screens is worth the cost.

Cons

Customer service is not as good as you would expect them to be. Issues are not resolved in a timely fashion.

Fast,Easy affordable and efficient ERP solution

Pros

-Its easily accessible remotely
-It can be accessed from mobile phones and desktops
-It has E-commerce portal for online sales
-Flexibility. SAP allows companies to create their own rules within the SAP structure. These rules set the parameters for acceptable and unacceptable transactions.
-It can be easily integrated with existing systems
-It lessens cost just if the organization considered bookkeeping and reporting important even before usage and had put a ton of manual exertion in it

Cons

-Expensive this involves programming, equipment, usage, advisors, preparing, and so on.
-Not often flexible: It depends, SAP can be arranged to just about anything. In Navision one can grow just about anything in days. Other programming may not be adaptable
-high cost of purchasing and implementing this program. The company must purchase the software and hardware necessary to run the programs company-wide.

Too much for my purpose

Overall, I think the system is too specialized for our small clinic and other software has more efficient systems built in.

Pros

I personally really liked the database manager, it was clunky at first but we got used to it very soon.

Cons

The automatic backup service doesn't always work and seems to get stuck and bog down everything. The Query analyzer crashed the entire system twice.

The relationship management aspect of this account software sets it a part.

Pros

Great accounting software with all of the dashboard and reporting. Brings a great relationship management feature to the table that really enhances the experience.

Cons

Can be a bit expensive and a hard internal sell, but the efficiency and time save by being able to access it anywhere makes it ROI quickly.

Easy integration but can be cumbersome

User friendly and customizable for certain GL coding for large, cross functional businesses. Able to easily import and export data. Has a great report suite

Mobile pay software

This product is great just wish it had more features. Customer service is awesome and they really take the suggestion that is made they just take a while to see in effect. Wish I could do more of a customized option per store and there needs.
