I had to give credit card info if you wanted a 30 day trial to test QuickBooks integration, then you have to cancel with them after one month. We all know how that goes. I signed up with an incorrect email (unbeknowest, forgot a letter) and never received any information, so I thought it didn't work then signed up to free trial no credit card. I never even ended up trying the program at all. After a few months I was being charged and I had never used or activated so I immediately emailed asking them to stop charging me and refund my money, July 13 . They replied that I registered a free account and did I have another email. Obviously not or I would have communicated through that one and did nothing. They do not answer their phone and want you to leave messages, they only use email, hate that. Over a month went by got charged again. I finally lost it, they have no live chat which they say they do. I sent an online message, I emailed them again and called and left a message threatening them. I received a call, claimed the charges were on another account, it was an email that didn't even work, they could not have verified this so called account without a valid email.They claimed it was all my problem, didn't care it was never activated, refunded me for one month as they charged me day before. I told them they had to back date to the email July 13 and give all money back, they said no, they charged me 3 months I never used. My credit card refunded me in the end.
Didn't get to try the software, signed up to try for free didn't even attempt, not something I wanted to use
The software itself I am not sure didn't get to use, but difficult to download what you want and the links did not work in my emails, took a while to open the receipts and save that I needed, the exporting wasn't the greatest.
