The app is intuitive and with a nice design, I liked that I didn’t used my own money because the company card was added to the app.

The user experience was very correct. You could manage your tool very easy, and modify your accounting settings quickly.

Super easy to create/use/approve virtual cards for online expenses.

For short business trips this is considerably cheaper than using a corporate travel agent. Also great for business expenses and individual subscription services, be they magazines or services.

Spendesk is very easy to use and at an affordable price point. Since it is cloud-based, I can access it from any computer, at home or the office.

The customer support level is the best I've ever seen, and they are constantly adding new features and improving the existing ones.

I was also blocked because of spending monthly limit.

I used Spendesk's product since the beginning - I love the fact that each time I have a question on the product, they quickly get back to me and do whatever is needed to solve my problem.

It's really easy and fast to submit your expences to the system. The approval procedure is transparent, you can always check the status of each receipt.

Their payment structure is awful. I tried to change users/permissions to pay less per month and they wouldn't allow me.

It was difficult to operate for both the staff and the administration.

I love that I can snap a picture of my receipt and open my phone to submit my receipt/ reimbursement request immediately.

It is a basic expense management tool, not super robust but also easy to use. It gets the job done at a minimum level.

Rydoo is a great software for managing for expense management. It's very easy to use and to learn.

It's the best option to report expenses we found after great searching. It does exactly what we needed: to see where the money is going away.

Because of this, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and I felt that I need to write this review to warn others who are considering their services.

Besides the app and web app, the customer support is awesome, they really listen to remarks and every week Xpenditure releases some great new features.

We are testing the tool since the last months and surprisingly we discovered a lot of interesting functionalities: upload the invoice,  create user-manager, create a flow of approval, etc.

Very useful, it allows me to create my expenses on the fly so that I can forget about the receipts. Very good support service, I find it useful.

The overall experience is good and integrates well with external data, such as bank account transactions, credit card transactions, etc.

Great ap that is convenient, does everything I could ever want it to. I love the way it integrates with Dropbox, and I can forward expenses through the email system right in.

I don't have much control over whether we continue to use this software or pivot to another reimbursement system, but dang that stupid mobile app makes me so mad.

It's pretty user-friendly. It's also pretty clear to see at a glance how much money you're waiting on.

Everything is recorded in the system with the relevant information. Most helpful part is the possibility to have the approval of the manager for the invoices.

Sometimes the modifications done on app does not synchronize to desktop. Also sometimes it becomes sluggish.

So far we love this software and hope to be using it for a long time to come. Your customer service is excellent.

Camera uploads are slow and often are duplicated. The software has a tendency to take the amount before tip, which makes it worse than useful.

Rydoo is an excellent video calling application made exclusively for partners and companies, has a very modern and functional interface, and also has a great sound quality.

Capturing expenses on the go via the mobile app is simple and quick. Makes it easy for my to get reports ready when it's GST return time.

At the moment it's difficult to find something wrong with the software as we are not using it for a long time.

Customer support is excellent. I like how it integrates with your banking account, if you choose to link them, which helps in not having to type in different expenses.
