I find that it's not intuitive enough to call some functions in the app and that leaves us to frustration and frustration leave us to abandon the app.

Making the portal both client friendly and easy to use for myself. Also the ability for clients to put in work requests that can populate direct to an invoice, makes getting payment so easy.

The ability to do everything in one platform is nice. I don't have to use everything to get the greatest use out of it either.

The client portal customisation is awesome - the best I've used. The tool is so feature rich that it will take me a long time to truly implement and use all of them - so cool.

Overall a great CRM + Billing + Project Managemet + Client Portal. High quality product with excellent customer support and an impressive roadmap.

Our biggest problem was keeping track of customer communications. Between email, text, slack to name but a few channels it was a mess.

Nothing I honestly can not fault it. Every time I think to myself “I wonder if this software can do this.

The layout need to be upgraded. The team need to develop some drag and drop feature.

Stripe integration is awesome since clients can pay the invoices online. Eventhough there is a slight learning curve, the platform is super easy to use once you figure it out.

I can set up payment plans or subscription plans, which are awesome and very important for an agency when on ongoing retainers.

It even intergrates with Accounting software like Quickbooks online, which is awesome. This has really simplified the onboarding for me as I am a Solopreneur.

It was a little frustrating at first to figure where to get started because I had no prior experience with CRM management system. So a few months later, I spent an entire weekend completing the setup.

The documentation is great - you will find answers to most of your questions. And if it's not enough - there is excellent support, ready to help you.

There's so much to love about it. As a small business owner, I love how integrated everything is.

A great addition that SuiteDash is the great customer service they provide and the care they provide to their users is second to none.

I tested out the demo, I really like the native email client. Seems like a big improvement over outlook plug ins other services use.

The integrated accounting solution is excellent, including the ability to write checks directly from Zola.

Zola Suite has been super easy to use. Although they provided an onboarding specialist to walk me through the product, I didn't need the help.

There isn't much to say in terms of negative content that I personally have experienced.

The problem is severe - I cannot have emails piling up in my Inbox forever - and forces me to get rid of the program even though I prepaid for three annual licenses.

My only complaint is it's Outlook folder rearranging, but I expect they'll be reevaluating this soon.

A great legal management product for law office with awesome customer support.

When I moved to solo practice I knew I would need a solid and easy to use practice management system and Zola has been a perfect fit for my needs.

I've used other practice management software at other firms and this has provided the best experience and most features.

I do feel like it is helping us capture a higher percentage of our billable work than we did in the past. Most of the reporting functionality is really great.

First and foremost, being able to access the software via a web-based login is extremely useful, especially when so many of us are working from home. Time entry is straightforward and easy.

Super easy to use, straight forward pricing, lots of great functions that are actually useful. I would recommend to any practitioner.

Also, sometimes there is a lag in the email integration functions so replying to or saving an email takes longer than it should.

The Zola Suite team was amazing at holding my hand through the process and making sure that we were satisfied with everything.

Ease of orientation and use for major operational tasks such as matter maintenance, time and billing.

My experience has been great. From the onboarding process to the help center, Zola has been super helpful.

I use a lot of fields and create a lot of merge forms so having the ability to insert the field data quickly and easily is a big plus).

Another is the email integration with R-Post, providing the ability to send encrypted, registered email that provides proof of delivery and receipt. Litigators will love that capability.

Sometimes there is a delay between an email being received in my inbox and showing in Zola. Email glitches happen with some regularity.

Customer support has been extremely responsive and helpful. Integration with Quickbooks Online is really nice.

The billing and expenses aspects of Zola is very user friendly.

Billing is quick and easy, as is jumping to various matters. The calendar syncs to other calendar apps, making scheduling accurate.

I have always had great customer support whenever calling Zola, and I called a lot at the beginning of the software implementation.

Emailing has limits in that there is no delivery/read receipt.

Further customer support is amazing. They promptly answer every single question and concern.

Having the ability to do not just case management and billing, but complete firm accounting/reconciliation is a godsend.

I love many features from Zola suite. Matter section is perfect.

What I most liked about the software was the ease of use and the great training that came along with the software.

The integrated CRM in the Enterprise Plus tier is fantastic - no need to have an outside CRM that may or may not fully integrate with your CMS.
