Honestly - there is nothing I can say that I don't like about this product. I would have to dig deep to find something. I can only say I WISH I was better at using - but that is On ME as the opportunity to learn is there, ALWAYS someone available to respond to your inquiry and there is Syft Campus - which has been helpful too.Perhaps there could be some "online boot camp" week long session(s)/education (to make me dedicate the uninhibited time to focus my learning to become an expert user). In a time where online learning/self-service is prevalent, having a cohort with dedicated time together in learning sessions uninterrupted might be a great catalyst to onboarding and becoming an expert user (my ultimate goal).

I love this product as it is so easy to use and allows for optimal management reporting to clients if the cloud accounting systems are correctly set up and bookkeeping is done very accurately. It reminds one to focus on the client and to report and advise on everyday business aspects that most business owners do not spend enough attention on.

Awesome SME reporting functionality for management purposes Valuations are a great feature and assumptions are adjustable for specific circumstances Key indicators are a great plus especially the Benchmarking feature Excel imports, as well as direct integrations, makes this a beautiful product for both Cloud Accounting and old school desktop applications such as Pastel.

Forecasting is not really a reliable feature as it does not allow for detailed inputs from the Balance Sheet Forecasting does not show the assumptions used so you still have to use Excel to finalise the forecasts. Feels elementary on Budget and forecasts The excel imports are great, however, direct integration through either SQL or Pervasive will be an absolute lifesaver. Industries can be more specific on the Benchmarking function.

Decent product that does improve the way we report to our clients. The difficulty to customize specific reports, does bring down the total value of the product, but still a good product to use.

Visually it looks good and does improve reporting option/Time spend on building reports does take less time. Good support. The product is continuously developing with new features that are usable.

Not really able to use their VAT/Audit function as it does not pull the info correctly through from sage one. Also, not really very customizable when it comes to building specific reports for clients. We cannot really provide the specific reports that our clients want.

Syft is a great, easy to use product with presentation quality reporting at the click of a mouse. I have used several ERP systems and the reporting can be tedious and difficult to create; often with a very plain look and no drill down capability.The product support is second to none. I love using this product for both monthly presentations but also variance analysis and internal reviews with my division managers; if there are questions about the reports an additional click allows the viewer to drill down and see the details.

Syft is a dream come true for easy quick presentation quality reports that can be used by managers, shareholders or board presentations. Design your reports and then have them run automatically once you close your financial period.

I have not found an area of Syft that is not ideal for our business - it covers everything we need.

It was great software but we have moved to another solution, which was more price competitive.

Insightful reports help spot problem areas easily and also inconsistencies in the data.

It is quite expensive and there isn't an offer suitable for a sole practitioner with limited resources.

The most part that I like about Syft Analytics is that it's easy to use and time saving as well. Integrating it with Xero is the most effortless exercise. Which gives you time to review and analyse data. My clients are very happy with the management reports that I send to them each month as they are professional and easy to read. I do recommend it for any type and size of an entity.

So far I haven't heard a significant problem. So far so good.

My experience was excellent. I was able to make use of the tools and extract information from the financial statements as I needed. It was easy for me to do so and to project data and to interpret the financial performance of the company I was auditing as it offers options and tools that easily perform such tasks for the user.

It was user friendly and understandable to operate even with no previous auditing software background.

I don’t have much to dislike about it. I enjoyed my experience overall.

Easy to use and straightforward

Amazing graphics that make it easy to view information trends. The navigation is also user friendly; menus are clear and understandable. Syft is now my #1 Accounting software choice.

Only when the window is smaller does the navigation become trickier

For the multiple functions that the software had to offer, you’d assume that it would be way complicated to use it. That was not the case ! From all the different functions being properly displayed, to them offering a step to step guideline on how to navigate through the software.

Setting up my account was a bit of a hustle as we had to have links (student access). But either than that I had a great experience.

I specifically tried Syft because I was looking for a way to combine reports across multiple companies that were using separate QuickBooks Online accounts in order to provide an overview of profits to stakeholders. Syft worked wonderfully for this purpose and has been invaluable to providing this insight. Now I can provide reports much quicker because I'm not having to manually combine the data in excel sheets. I also found that it makes all reports look beautiful and professional and I love the additional insights, like the forecasting and KPI's. Once it's setup it's pretty easy to use.

Honestly, I love the visual appeal the most, the reports are pleasant to look at and I also love the amount of customization that you can do with the reports. Other than that, I have been impressed with the KPI's and forecasting. It makes presenting financial reports engaging and fun.

One thing that I don't like, is it seems to have a long lag time between the integration with QuickBooks. While I'm customizing reports in Syft I sometimes find things that need to be recategorized within QuickBooks, so I'll login to QuickBooks and quickly make that change. Sometimes it will be hours or even the next day before the new data shows up in Syft. This can delay getting reports finished and it can be frustrating at times. I also felt like setup was tedious, but the trade-off is the customization and that takes a lot of mapping to get it right.

Very positive experience, and great for managers who don't have many people but want to get the data quickly.

I really enjoyed the data visualization and how easy it was to compare to other periods

I did wish I could have proforma data (for the current month, for example) but it's great to analyze how your company is performing to date.

We used to do our management reports using excel and were skeptical about moving to a product we had to pay for. After using it for a few years now we can't imagine not using it. The single cost for unlimited companies is an excellent value for us as an accounting firm as we use it for all of our clients. The reports look very professional and the arrow indicator of increase or decrease on most reports is especially appreciated.

We used to have many graphs of the financial health of our client's businesses. Syft could still use more as the only one we currently use is the cash flow bar graph. The graphs on the side of the other reports are simply too small to see or use effectively. The refresh data feature is very slow and often gets stuck, requiring a page refresh but this just slows things down a bit, it doesn't make it unusable.

Really great, the support is fast and proactive.

It connect easily to Quickbooks so we can fast and easily compare the reality to what we budget and forecast. The price is simply the best on the market for that quality of the product. As a small business Syft really take us to a new step.

There is some thing that still need work. It is not totally organic to learn, but once you understand how Syft work you can do almost anything with Syft.

Linking from other accounting software takes a bit of time

It provides a beautiful visual picture for what is going on in your business at a quick glance and shows you what metrics you are hitting.

The data entry is intense and a single button can clear out everything you put in.

Our clients love the reports and they now value our service even more.

The product is very easy to use, integrates perfectly with our accounting software and has very valuable features. I especially find the Financial Health, Valuation and Benchmark to be beneficial reports. The quick reports also add so much value to our business and our clients' businesses. We can now provide relevant information to our clients in such an efficient manner and concentrate on the more important things; provide guidance on how to enhance their businesses.

It would be great if there could be a report that details the cash in- and out per month, per account. This is a report requested by financial institutions and would be great if it could be automated.

Syft is exciting software and most certainly heading in the right direction. The only thing preventing me currently from purchasing the software is the customization capabilities before a report is extracted and also with regards to drafting your financial statements.

There are a lot of more advanced features that I'm still learning to use. One request for improvement would be the ability to hold the upload of current month data until it's ready, because it impacts the ability to do budgeting/forecasting.

Overall experience with Syft Analytics is good. The service it provides in this price range is really good. If they introduce an edit option after generating the reports it will help more.

It is a useful reporting and analytics tool which helps us to run reports in a customized way. It can provide an in-depth analysis of the data we worked with and it can also integrate with other applications/tools easily.The tool is user-friendly and can be used by small and medium-scale enterprises like us.

There is not much to dislike about this product. It runs a bit slow sometimes but it may be because of my internet speed.

I love this tool, it helped me enhance my analytical skills.
