It has made our office much more efficient. We have continuously been reaching to the TaxDome team about the issue. They keep telling us that the issue will be worked on. However, it still has not been fixed. The communication area with chat is nice to give a checklist of what is needed. #### Cons Transaction, the inability to change vendor can be difficult as we still need to use QBO if it is more than category. We need vendor as well. #### Reasons for switching to TaxDome cheaper, they are charging per client and as I grow or want to grow.
