Most important is to discribe all work tasks correctly. All due dates and all points and discriptions and all client contacts. It is easy to forward tasks to other coworkers. But for that all important datas of works have to be discribed and charted first. Cons: System of using it comes in time. I have wrked with that program for few months and on that time, I have made some changes in my system. How to have better overview of all tasks and due dates and what is important to follow while filling in all first needed data.But it all comes in time while usuing. For us the main purpose has changed over the time - when we started, the main idea was to get the overview of hours spent on each client. Later, as we implemented invoicing module, we realized that topic setup was not corresponding to our needs, so it needed to be reviewed and updated. However, redoing is not a problem in Uku - all your "old" data is stored safely and you can use it any time.
