Everyone at Virtuagym is awesome. Prompt responses, great functionality (although slightly unintuitive sometimes), great pricing, fully featured.

Our studio loves the Community feature of this product to share information, updates, and ease of engagement with clients.

Clients found it to be a bit wonky at times, and a little confusing to use at times.

Great service from [SENSITIVE CONTENT. I like the software for the easy use and for all the feature and  the apps are a nice addition for my clients.

There are no public phone numbers. You cannot speak with anyone of management level or above to escalate any issues.

Also, their pay service integration sucks. It is very difficult to use them for bookkeeping and POS and I ended up just resorting to Square.

First off, their support is exceptional with live chat and dedicated, rapid email response.

There is no where where I have consented to them renewing my contract at all. This is a complete scam and DO NOT use this this service at all.

The app is easy to use and understand.I really like the flexibility.

I enjoyed the community board feature where updates can be posted in real time to the group/clients which promotes interaction. The app user friendly according to member feedback.

Being in another country does make it difficult to follow up with any issues.

Being able to adjust the app as we want and the ability to program for clients right in the app is awesome. We are getting great reviews from our clients.

I really appreciate the ease of setup. It integrated nicely with our University software for easy syncing of Staff and Students.

Overall experience has been poor. There’s a lot of factors that go in to it being but the biggest thing is my doors not working.

We like the fact that there is a fitness and nutrition aspect and that it can be individualized for each of our clients.

There was no option to buy out of 12 month agreement due to dissatisfaction with the product so you're left with a product that you dread to use.

The most valuable feature is the ability to customize almost everything and the freedom to control the design and the different tiles.

I absolutely love what it has to offer to me and my clients. Able to keep measurements easily, plus has a great place to get workouts, and track nutrition.

A month ahead gone by and I see they charged us again!!! I have sent 2 emails asking them to refund and stop charging with zero response.

Then since day one we had problems with it, creating embarrassing problems to our new members.

I am still trying to learn it, while paying for it. I can't cancel my subscription so I'm stuck with it.

We were so excited about the product after our hour demo, pricing, and terms of agreement. We wanted to get up and running immediately so we signed and sent back the contract right away.

Their platform is intuitive and easy to set-up and they have worked to customize a detailed integration with our Club Management Software ABC Financial.

It has many great features that make creating and following workouts very easy.

Being able to save meals is great, especially when I have clients who eat the same meals a lot, or if I want to save a quick meal for my clients to have access too.

The community feature is great - its like a facebook group but without having to be on facebook.

Some exercises are difficult to find when building a workout for my clients. Very rare but it has happened.

I first tried to cancel back June and it is now September. This company is very self serving and dishonest.
