Volopay has made it easy to use our business cards, all the while giving access to spend reports and receipts management. Given out global ambitions in our industry, the Volo card have critical to our finance, procurement and even engineering teams.

Really love the intuitive app, both we and mobile. Can't live without the comments to add additional context to the receipts.

Don't consider there to be any cons, the platform does its job as advertised and delivers beyond what it commits to.

We are the early adopter of Volopay, and I can see the aggressive improvement for them to expand and enhance. We like the part about cash rebate on the expense we pay by their volopay virtual card.

At the very early stage, some of the report or view can be confusing, like how much amount we have spent so far, versus how much money we remains. They can set up the card by budget, which is good in sense but difficult and confusing in visibility. Soon they allow to deactivate the budget, perhaps to allow easier use if we do not want to be restricted or hindered by the budget limitation.

Solution for Employee Transportations Companies for Manage Fuel Expense , keeping Track record , Earlier we are sending money to driver partner daily by phone and google pay , and daily user limit is 20 user per day , Our fleet size is 100+ so always needs to send money form 5 different account , Its quite difficult to manage track record and its taking time for manage .

User Experience , Easy to use , user friendly , Also view and accessible menu is easier to manage .

Easy reconciliation of monthly spend across the organization. Uploading proof of purchases / receipts is made much simpler by using the App.

Some initial issues with the App not being able to take and upload pictures. Some remittance delays along the way but resolved at the end.

I like the utility of the product in different scenarios. It allows budgeting, accounting and ensures the spending is in check with the help of reports. Customer support is also helpful and responsive

Nothing as such, however when you check the spends listed via the expense tab on the card. It refreshes every time you reach to the bottom of the page and then new items are added to the list. Hope that is something we can improve.

Instant payment possibility helps a lot when as a startup you want a simple and flexible process to keep your subscriptions paid - either by Credit Card or by a relatively quick payment function.

As an Accountant I would need more reporting possibilities, but have to create the reports manually by myself with excel.

Easy implementation, great customer service, very well integrated to Xero. Cashback on foreign currency spend means the system pays for itself and more.

Can be improved with Apple Pay/Google Pay to allow for easier use of cards. Multi-step and dual approvals for Bill Pay would allow for all Volopay spend to be in line with company policy.

User interface (from an administrator perspective) is very easy to use, intuitive.

Right now, Volopay has a "Virtual Card" and "Physical Card" capability. But the issue is that both cards are separate to one another and not linked, which means every cardholder who requests for a physical card will need their virtual card cancelled, and physical card re-setup. It would've been good if both cards were linked i.e. one and the same. But that's just my personal opinion.

We've had a good experience with Volopay and would definitely recommend it to other businesses like ours which have a volume of forex payments on cards and regular bills.

The volopay platform is easy to use, offers competitive exchange rates and low charges so this is our preferred forex payment platform.

Some functionality could be improved that allows users more edit options without having to reach out to the customer support team.

Volopay is consistently upgrading the user experience on their app. The recent change brought about new features that were previously available only on web. But with the change, uploading receipts & updating reimbursement details are much easier and simpler Well done Volopay

At the start the app was buggy, but with the consistent updates they improve the app over time to provide better value

card issuance process is seamless

Limit increase is often a nightmare with card issued by bank but the limit increase request within the tool is smooth and well controlled.

Reporting is not comprehensive where the billing statement is not fully supported by an integrated report.

Overall is good, with fast support online who can resolve my issues quickly
