We were able to monitor and manage assets thus reducing loss and theft of assets.We also managed to reduce the cost of insurance for the company owing to the fact that the insurance was paid for only available assets.

Pros:

Webcreations FAMS is an easy to implement and use software as it easily user friendly.it easily tags and maintains fixed and mobile assets and captures maintenance and assets upgrades. Generally its an efficient and effective software.

Cons:

Generally we haven't encountered any problem with the Software as we are currently using it.

Reasons for switching to AsseTrack FAMS

Managing of assets was quite easy with a web based asset management system like Webcreations FAMS as it has all the features that we required to be able to manage assets online..The features that we were looking for depreciation module,user management,check in check out,allocation,repairs and maintenance and customized reports.
