You’re able to pay at stores, you can have a max per card so you get notified each time some subscriptions try to charge more and you can easily delete cards that are not relevant anymore. As our support team are all based here in Australia, we do offer limited support outside of business hours. However, we also are pleased to share that most enquiries are resolved in under 6 hours. For more complex requests that require developer assistance, this can take a little longer to resolve it sounds like you may have fallen into this category, for which we apologise for the inconvenience. Very quick to roll out. Having a unique card for each user saves us dozens of hours chasing for receipts as it does it automatically. We've now started using Bills which is great. So much so that we now use DiviPay as the default for paying bills, unless the bill needs a bank transfer. Subscriptions is also great for us as we have circa 30 subscriptions that runs into 6 figures of cost per year. Customer support is incredibly fast, accurate, and probably the best I've experienced of any product I've ever used.
