We was a quickbooks user for many years and them switched to Wave which was a big letdown. Zarmoney allowed us to set up our company including inventory in a fraction of the time. No incentive was offered I started using this during my crazy busy season because my FORMER very large online accounting software product decided it knows my business better than I do and put a bunch of mandatory features into the software that completely messed up my accounting. Enter, Zarmoney. They are great. Even though I was scrambling to enter all of my sales from January through April while simultaneously entering sales from my busy season, I found it so easy to learn and the staff at Zarmoney is amazing. I got all of my questions answered in a timely manner. You can even talk to real live people! Real LIVE PEOPLE. In Washington State, we don't have to pay sales tax until April, but when I went in to mark it paid (in March), it was already made unavailable. (greyed out) When I tried to talk to someone to complain about this, they reacted as if I was the one in the wrong and explained I should've taken care of it in January. This is unacceptable, it is accounting software, not a deity. I'm very happy to have made the decision to work in Zarmoney. I started a search for my next accounting software solution thinking there would be 4 or 5 choices. I was overwhelmed to see more than 30 products worth investigating. I was able to narrow that down to 5 fairly quickly, and Zarmoney was the least known name in that group. But it has proven to be the simplest and most efficient for me to set up and learn while on the go. I'm currently running Zarmoney side-by-side with my previous software, mainly to ensure a smooth transition over the course of the next 6 months. There aren't hundreds (or even dozens) of options, and there's an ever-present search bar, so finding what you need without getting lost is a great feature. The simplicity is fantastic, especially when you realize that all of the features are useful. There's nothing in Zarmoney that isn't applicable to my daily activities. Many of the other software products I considered had superfluous or redundant features that only brought confusion into my transition. The data reports are ideal for daily reviews, and the editing capabilities are so easy to use for all types of documents and data entries. It will take more time before I have enough history to use some of the reports, but I can tell they will be helpful in managing my business. Finally, the ease of communication with vendors and customers within Zarmoney is exactly what I was hoping for. #### Cons So far, I'm noticing a few things that aren't ideal. With regard to importing and exporting data, the fields don't always populate if data is identical with entries above or below, so I'm having to double check things and manually key in certain important data points on occasion. And with regard to navigation, there's not a single click from the dashboard to add a customer or vendor, so it takes me 2 or 3 extra steps to initiate that process. Finally, I'd like to be able to backup the whole database on occasion, which I can do with my previous software. While there are files I can save via export within Zarmoney, I don't have the peace of mind that comes with having the entire company finances on a thumb drive in my pocket. #### Reasons for choosing ZarMoney Simplicity was primary. Efficiency in terms of implementation, daily usage, and not getting bogged down with too many tools was next. And a close third was cost. It does take a bit to set up when you have many SKU's, but that is with any software. The tutorials are very helpful. I have never seen such good customer service and support. Take advantage of it. #### Cons I would have liked to be able to set up different SKU's by combining two fields. For example, I have several tumblers that are the same size, but different colors. I have to have a different SKU for each for inventory so I have to enter each one.
