i am having a little trouble finding some features, and navigating the software correctly, but this might be because i need to change the way i handle things, and the ZarMoney software could be organized better than i am....i have to get to know the software better, to figure out more about this....

Zarmoney was great when we were a small business with a 5,000 Squarefoot warehouse.

If you plan on using Zarmoney specifically for accounting, This will be a great addition to your Techstack it may require you to use a 3rd Party API plugin since Zarmoney does not connect with most other softwares.

We used Zarmoney as a inventory management system but it lacked in many areas.

I'm very happy to have made the decision to work in Zarmoney. I started a search for my next accounting software solution thinking there would be 4 or 5 choices. I was overwhelmed to see more than 30 products worth investigating. I was able to narrow that down to 5 fairly quickly, and Zarmoney was the least known name in that group. But it has proven to be the simplest and most efficient for me to set up and learn while on the go. I'm currently running Zarmoney side-by-side with my previous software, mainly to ensure a smooth transition over the course of the next 6 months. I expect to be running exclusively in Zarmoney later this year.

The customizable dashboard is easy to navigate and intuitive. There aren't hundreds (or even dozens) of options, and there's an ever-present search bar, so finding what you need without getting lost is a great feature. The simplicity is fantastic, especially when you realize that all of the features are useful. There's nothing in Zarmoney that isn't applicable to my daily activities. Many of the other software products I considered had superfluous or redundant features that only brought confusion into my transition. The data reports are ideal for daily reviews, and the editing capabilities are so easy to use for all types of documents and data entries. It will take more time before I have enough history to use some of the reports, but I can tell they will be helpful in managing my business. Finally, the ease of communication with vendors and customers within Zarmoney is exactly what I was hoping for.

So far, I'm noticing a few things that aren't ideal. With regard to importing and exporting data, the fields don't always populate if data is identical with entries above or below, so I'm having to double check things and manually key in certain important data points on occasion. And with regard to navigation, there's not a single click from the dashboard to add a customer or vendor, so it takes me 2 or 3 extra steps to initiate that process. Finally, I'd like to be able to backup the whole database on occasion, which I can do with my previous software. While there are files I can save via export within Zarmoney, I don't have the peace of mind that comes with having the entire company finances on a thumb drive in my pocket.

I was extremely happy when I first started using ZarMoney to replace my QBO; however, I was quickly shutdown by their credit card processor.

Track inventory without additional fees. QuickBook has you add fees for everything you get with ZarMoney's basic software/online version.

The credit card processing options are limited to a few restrictive processors who are prejudicial against certain businesses and industries. This limits the ability to integrate ZarMoney as a total book keeping solution.

Very satisfied as of yet.

Great software with great service. Free more implementations would make the product even more competitive in the market.

We used ZarMoney for our small business. The tutorials provided were incredibly helpful. The platform is user-friendly, making it a perfect fit for small businesses.

The mobile app offers limited functionality compared to the web version, which was a bit disappointing. However, apart from this, I couldn't think of any other cons.

the search options don't always display all products relation to the search and order of relevance is not accurate

we are very pleased with the system. We run two different business with same account system, and we never had any issue which was difficult to solve. Customer service team is very responsive and well informed.

I get confused about where to find things. But, they have a fairly good database of FAQs. And... I'm sorry, but the voice of the person chosen to do the tutorial videos is really hard to listen to.

Most important take away from Zarmoney Is the exceptional customer service.

It's a less expensive QuickBooks with better functionality and far superior customer service.

Some of the UI features could use some tweaking. Waiting for square integration.

I picked this software because it is *very* difficult to find a low-cost/free program that includes inventory management. We stock dozens of small items and find it tedious to discern if we need to reorder stock without a physical count.

So far, nothing. We just signed up but already see how easy it is to perform product costing and management.

User friendly, options to edit and customize invoices. One of the best systems we tried and the easiest to set up and use.

So far there is nothing we don’t like, had a few things we wanted and customer support gave us a work around.
