Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like that it has an unique feature like attaching receipts to my expenses and it is easy to understand when compared to other. The automation system was excellent.
- The software is extensive and seems easy enough to use. Supports advanced accounting functionality and would be a good solution for any small business.
- Customer services are responsive and helpful, easy to use with a clean user interface, i like the ability to conduct payment online using payment gateway.
Cons
- They call you at ridiculous times and then email to say they called and to call them back. You call them back and no one is available.
- I was afraid to use it, no knowing who would be viewing our data.
- The major problem with Zoho Book is that it is only practical with a small business.
Pros
- I have been using Zoho Invoice for almost two years and I am completely satisfied. I recommend it to all entrepreneurs who want to have the best tool at a reasonable price.
- Integrates easily with all our payment providers in a simple clean way. The price is a trifle and the notifications for payments received is great for celebrating our success.
- I like the online payment features and customer portals. Ability to approve and decline estimates online is really helpful and I like that it will auto-invoice.
Cons
- I had some errors come up on an invoice - this happened repeatedly and I wasn't able to get assistance with this. However, the problem went away on its own.
- This app cannot be integrated with Zoho inventory which I dislike.
- Can be difficult to find template settings if you're not familiar with it.
