Pros
- We are absolutely thrilled with NPF. Not only do they provide an outstanding support service, but they have also greatly assisted us in enhancing lead engagement, admissions, and lead management.
- The best part about Meritto is its User Friendly Interface, Comprehensive Lead Management, Easy lead assignment to colleagues, Excellent Customer support and Seamless integration.
- Meritto streamlines admissions with an intuitive interface, robust analytics, seamless integrations, and excellent support, significantly enhancing efficiency and the overall student experience.
Cons
- No as such, but the errors have started coming when the system is not became automated.
- The option of resetting the password every now and then is tiresome. Most frustrating is does not let keep the previously used passwords.
- Teams limited thinking lack of appetite to tweak a set approach.
Pros
- Amazing product and a great experience. I was also very happy to see the analytics that pointed me in the right direction for next steps.
- Highly recommended and nice product for startups especially, who are looking for budget friendly and reliable product.
- Overall, we are happy with Zoho. They are good people, provide great support, and you can't beat the value for money equation.
Cons
- We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
- Misleading information during the trial phase. Always upselling their useless apps through Zoho one.
- You get different answers from different customer representatives and the lack of an account manager is painful. App store is full of apps that barely work or aren't maintained.
