"I had barely looked at the POS before opening night when my box office person was late, I plopped my inexperienced 17-yr old daughter in front of it with a 2 minute training."

"Setting up some of the processes is not always intuitive, so there is a slight learning curve, which is only an issue when I'm pressed for time."
