  • Pros

  • Very happy to be in the Purplepass Ticketing family. Loved the overall experience and support was great.
  • They get back to you promptly, are super friendly, and work to resolve everything quickly.
  • Awesome platform that makes creating events, uploading graphics and ordering wristbands such a breeze. We loved how inclusive the platform is because it served all of our needs.
  • Cons

  • My only suggestion would be to have a"sale completed" screen after the CC is processed, many people thought it didnt go through and charged the customer twice.
  • Could not even find that myself on the site. I can't say enough about how bad the promoter site portion is, and how they need to fix this.
  • The only issues we had were user errors and my personal misunderstandings. I set it up as one week-long event, rather than multiple days and events throughout the week.

  • They were kind, quick to respond and delivered a solid product at the best price in town. That's pretty darn good if you ask me.
  • This company is well staffed, and their product and implementation adept, efficient, and innovative. The customer service is also outstanding.
  • Their customer service is excellent and very responsive and patient for every question I have had for them. The reports are also very comprehensive during and at the end of an event.
  • Cons

  • I have not been able to "void" tickets which I should be able to do within 24 hours according to your information. When emailed tickets fail to "send" there is no error message.
  • I am not sure if there is a reason behind that or if it is just by chance it got lost or went to spam. I am not sure, but just wanted to throw that in there too.
  • As I mentioned above, I have been told these problems have been corrected.
