Chris Brown was a great asset and practically camped out in our offices as we worked through all of the vagaries of our requirements.

Learner and find it super easy to use and customise.

Integrations and API - An excellent Salesforce bridge is available and can be fully customised (if you know Java!).

I think it is pretty easy to use. I like that includes most information about the projects that I manage.

The inability to adjust the invoice to suit our needs, it a very standard set up.

A lot of complexities that get lost or are irrelevant to what we use it for. Other teams using the software have issues with reporting.

It's stable and reliable. Mavenlink has never been down.

The amount of features and customization available is extensive and great for teams that like to organize minute details.

I joined a small creative agency as a consultant to help improve their project management systems.

Budget tracking is easy and effective, although depending on configuration, it can differ between the finances and budget tabs within a project.

Overall I feel that Mavenlink is average. The people I've worked with there have been kind, helpful and have average to good customer service.

I also like how you can budget towards individual tasks/milestones. It's also good to see an overview of staff's availability and schedule them on specific days for projects.

I know it might sound odd, but having to sign in as someone who needs to sign off on invoices is weird.

To boot, the customer service is awesome and they stick to their promise of continuing to invest in and improve the project over time.

Love that I can sync time into Quickbooks for invoicing. Also love it for time tracking and project management.

Robust reporting, integration to NetSuite, hierarchical team management, Activity feed.

With the integrated APIs to Salesforce and Active Directory, among others, it's worked well to seamlessly stay in sync with the rest of our systems.

Beside that 10%, it covers all the needs for most of the projects in any field. I would like to highlight their great customer service.

The client success and technical support teams have been exemplary to work with.

Easy to use and intuitive. The Mavenlink team is with you at every stage to help you with the  design, implementation, build, and maintenance/support.

Overall, using Mavenlink has been great - it has made a very positive impact on day-to-day functions as a business.

Very strong resourcing tools. Travel expense is nice and plays well with other tools with integration.

It meets all our department's needs, I love the activity feed and the overall view of all our projects. Also great reporting tool.

You'll need to edit each task manually. There are issues with email notifications - there were a few outages last year that resulted in delayed notifications which impacted our work.

I like how easy to use this software is, the functionality and design are great and the site is very easy to navigate.

The only Con I can think of is the inability to have the status of a project or the task drive accessibility.

Mavenlink has been a great improvement over our previous solution in its abilities with data and reporting. Looking forward to leveraging more of its features over time.

Project Management and Invoicing features are useless.

Integrations are fairly difficult and complex.

Constantly improving the software. It's clear they understood their clientele and the way consulting firms operate when they built the software.

Visualization is very poor. Setting up tasks for project is very cumbersome.

My overall experience with Mavenlink was fantastic and I would recommend it to other professionals.

I have found it a slow and painful process to implement Mavenlink and discover the breadth of its functionality. The software is not very intuitive and frustrating to learn how to use.
