The asset management is good. Like that the platform is quite customisable.

Integrates well with our marketing flow, and allows us to mark up and review pages quickly and easily.

Audit trail is a great feature and assists in accountability and responsibility. Customer support is fantastic.

I like that it can hold the Creative team accountable for the work we request.

Due to the programming, each click loads in a new window. When there's a 15sec lag and you need to navigate to another section by clicking 6 times it gets a little frustrating.

One team member accused me of not including her on emails within the software, however I had done so. Not sure if there is an issue with the email within the software.

I do struggle with admation as it's not intuitive and is difficult to use. The premise is there but it needs to be clearer, less buttons and pages to get lost in, and easier to navigate.

I love how easy Admation is to navigate through.

Although there are some drawbacks, such as slow performance with a large number of tasks, and limited budgeting features, I would still recommend Admation for streamlining project management.

Hard to navigate very confusing interface not intuitive.

It provided a good way to track creative projects with other teams - particularly if you're not sure who to reach out to directly.

Not intuitive and is my biggest barrier to use.

It's a frustrating system and is hard to work with. Wish there was more customisation of briefs and proof review/approval process.

I mainly used it as a scheduling platform, so it's hard think of what I liked most. Having good visibility over the upcoming month was nice.

Relatively easy to use and good customer service/support when required.

It’s easy to track how much time team member spends on client’s projects. Makes pricing and managing workloads a breeze.

I use Admation to annotate our Catalogues. Great annotation features, easy to use, and user friendly.

The ability to brief in specific tasks and provide rolling feedback to the design team. Being able to look through past jobs and update these projects as needed is a fantastic feature.

Admation makes our work easier. Especially after some training, I feel very confident in using the program in the best way.

The functionality is awful. The user interface isn't intuitive or logical in its layout.

Excellent - my job requests have come out perfect each time.

Frequent timeouts and dropout that often result in losing whole briefs.

Poor UX, too many forms of communication. Dislike the email functionality through Admation, would prefer to add comments against deliverables and threads in projects that are visible to all.

I've done this several times but I often fumble through the process with each new upload. Having to allocate Administrators and select project types more than once is frustrating and confusing.

I'd also like to see other program integration (specifically Google applications like Calendar and tasks) for a more seamless work flow.

Annotating digital artwork is awful when there is animation involved. If I take a snapshot to annotate it then freezes the whole page.

No other training apart from the first training we had. No customer support to go to.
