Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The asset management is good. Like that the platform is quite customisable.
  • Integrates well with our marketing flow, and allows us to mark up and review pages quickly and easily.
  • Cons

  • Due to the programming, each click loads in a new window. When there's a 15sec lag and you need to navigate to another section by clicking 6 times it gets a little frustrating.
  • One team member accused me of not including her on emails within the software, however I had done so. Not sure if there is an issue with the email within the software.
  • Pros

  • I like that Avaza simplifies issue, time and cost tracking on projects. Integration with third-party applications is an added advantage as it advances capabilities.
  • Avaza is a very powerful tool for managing timesheet and projects scheduling, it is very easy to add your timesheet on daily or weekly basis. Scheduling is also a very easy and flexible.
  • Cons

  • No way to use offline on pc as its an online web based application.
  • While there are some issues with Avaza, they're all very minor. Simple things like limited viewing options for time sheets, the inability to assign tasks to multiple users, and the limited templates.
