Agency Analytics is a reporting platform for marketing agencies that helps businesses generate reports and dashboards for search engine optimization (SEO) auditing, social analytics, third-party integrations, mobile apps and more.

Agency Analytics allows users to monitor multiple campaigns from various channels. Users can create reports with the pay-per-click reporting tool and configure dashboards according to needs of their clients with drag-and-drop widgets. Dashboards can be white labeled, which allows users to provide branded data and reports for clients.

With the SEO auditing tool, users can automatically monitor a variety of issues including 404 errors, missing images and duplicate content. The rank-tracker tool monitors website performance, and users can choose to view data for specific cities, countries or global data.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available. Support includes online user guides as well as email, phone and chat support.

    A Very good rank tracking and online marketing reporting tool!

    Pros

    Our agency been using Agency Analytics for 5 years now, very good for all levels from free lancers to agencies, all the necessary elements of a good seo or overall digital marketing report, are available. The white label is a great option, very much need for agencies!
    Integrates with all Google products, different social media outlets, call tracking tools and more.

    Cons

    There still some areas where they can improve, a specially when it comes for agencies needs, for example:
    - inline keywords editing
    - tagging new keywords during the process of adding them.
    Could also work on the price a little!

    Their product did what I wanted it to and more, on top of that their support staff continually reached out to me to make sure I was able to make use of the product even before I had made a purchase.

    Pros

    I like that it reports on everything I could think of right out of the box and more. I wasn't expecting it to be a tool in my SEO Toolbox and then it was. I also like that I ties in to review apps and social networks as well.

    Cons

    I wish it had review gathering software inside it. It's not a deal breaker because it does so much. Just something nice in addition to all the reporting.

    Agency Analytics more than less covers every major component you need as far as a reporting platform goes....For business...that's mission-critical to be able to have one location and dissect all you marketing, SEO, social media efforts in one location without having to implement 20 different tracking and reporting tools to do the same thing this platform does.....

    Pros

    The features and integrations are spot on. They provide pretty much everything you'll need as far as gauging and reporting for your's and your clients accounts.

    Cons

    Nothing really stands out per say that I didn't like..but if a couple of tweaks were made here and there the platform would be awesome....I don't like the way you have tio incerementally move the position of an element in the reports themselves....and when creating dashboards if the widgets would not just automatically drop to the bottom but instead drop into the actual section they're created for that would be a bonus....I tend to give up on creating custome dashboards for that reason.

    We are a consulting business with many small to medium business clients. One of the biggest challenges they face is a lack of visibility of their online marketing.
    The agency analytics platform beautifully and simply consolidates data from all the major platforms that our clients utilise.
    This saves them (and us) from having to receive, find or generate multiple reports from multiple platforms. Let's face it most SMB's won't even bother!

    The increased visility has massively increased the trust and value seen in our relationship and that is an integral part of our business.

    Cons

    ONly a single white-label option for logos etc.
    Rather than constantly promoting ourselves with the images and logos etc we would much rather personalise it to each customer so they then get an even stronger sense of ownership of the data. if they saw it as THEIR reporting platform i strongly believe that the length of contract and LTV of each client would be much greater AND they could even keep the reporting platform on if they move agencies.

    Saved a ton of time reporting, and improves my brand strength with amazing white-labeled dashboards for my clients.

    Pros

    I love that it isn't just a social media analytics tool. It's social media AND AdWords AND Google Analytics AND MailChimp campaigns AND Facebook Ads AND just about everything else you want to measure all in one place. The automation of great-looking reports is amazing. The customizable dashboards that my clients can view are fantastic. And the ability to white label the whole thing and park it at my domain just sets this over the top.

    Cons

    There are some social metrics that aren't as deep as I'd like. It could offer more metrics to get into the deeper data, because it's a good level of depth for clients but not enough for us as account managers, so we still go into the analytics on the native platforms.

    The ability to sort, analyze, and present information to clients and team for review.

    Pros

    Customer support is great, the team at Agency is always available via email, live chat or phone call. Personally, I use live chat the most. Someone always responds within 10 minutes and are prompt with answers to your questions.

    The amount of data you can collect and organize is incredible. All your social media stats, google stats, etc, etc in one place! The interface is simple and easy to understand which, to me, is the best thing about Agency Analytics. There is no confusion, no "click here then click here then click there" parts of the tool that can be aggravating and time-consuming.

    Cons

    Wish more keywords were included. Keyword research tool could be better. Support on live chat has taken a while at times.

    It includes rankings which is why I evaluated as I'm a Raven user. The reports were clean and pretty easy to read.

    It lacks some of the flexibility for reporting that raven has, as I often like to customize things like the amount of rows shown, etc.

    Better professional reports that give me more credit from my clients. It does retain clients longer, as far as the results are there too.

    Pros

    The software is very easy to set up and to use. I can now send very powerful reports to my clients. The price is very flexible based on my need.

    I will be good if we could set up alerts or notifications based on data. Something to monitor data and website and send alerts base on what we have set up.

    The many integrations that are included are great and really covers a large portion of marketing platforms like AdWords, Bing, AdRoll, etc. The look and feel of the dashboards are super clean and easy to understand.

    Cons

    The pricing can get a bit high if you're running many campaigns as you have limits on number of campaigns, keywords tracked, etc.

    I wanted the ability to have sub-accounts for agencies I work with, and they went and added it as a feature request and put it into the tool within a month or two - and then reached back out to make sure I liked it. Very feature rich in terms of integrations, and the price is great compared to their competitors.

    The dashboards could really use an update. I'd like the ability to preview my reports before I fully download them as well.

    A way that we can keep tabs on our organic search results so that we can continue to improve our SEO strategy.

    Pros

    The dashboard is super simple to use, and you can input your keywords and see the growth or drops. I like that you can add or remove other sites. So if you don't want to see Bing results, you don't have too.

    Cons

    They are adding too many features. I don't really need to add my Google Analytics results to Agency Analytics, as I wouldn't be pulling those numbers from within the platform. I think simplicity is key with this produce.

    I love the many different integrations. Its a great way to client a snapshot of everything that is going on. Its also very easy to use and set up.

    Cons

    I wish the SEO audit reports can be customized to show more in depth to the client. In order for me to show a specific area of concern, I have to go to that section and print it off.
