  • Pros

  • I really liked and enjoyed the prefessional look and the features to keep the tasks under control, very good!

  • The app is awesome so I can use it easily on the go! This has made it so much easier to keep track of my tasks and focus on the most important items.

  • Cons

  • tool is great but it is not easy to understand some of the things are very complicated for example tags option

  • It's a little dense. It can be a hassle to pick up if you're a newbie but there are an abundance of tutorials and guides that will help a new employee learn.

  • Easy of use Amazing support team Great user interface Well thought out & rich with the features an agency needs

  • It's a perfect tool for team management, great for planning, the dashboard customization is great improvement and for someone who hate accounting and invoicing like I do, it's the perfect tool.

  • Cons

  • Very powerful but not easy to use, and makes us sometime lose time in finding the way to use one tool or modify an information.

  • Although the software is consistently updated, the user interface can be very cumbersome to overcome and learn the software.
