  • Pros

  • The Platform is excellent. The Support staff is best in class and I love using this platform.
  • Good performance and permit me to develop my ideas creatively for advertisers' ads. The best documentation and quality tutorials.
  • Designing great creatives with ease for our clients. The reporting is also great for analysis and optimization which is key for a successful campaign.
  • Cons

  • Another negative is, not seeing their pricing worries me for the small businesses. It could mean it is expensive to use or maybe not, the only way to find out is contacting them.
  • There seems to be a bit of a lag time when selecting different metrics which can be frustrating when trying to turn reporting around quickly.
  • I've had sooooo many clients complain that they cant view the demo area -- I've asked them if they are using adblockers - they say no and I believe them as they all work in digital marketing.

  • I love that our clients, emails, and company name is stored in the dashboard. I also love that it's easy for our clients to navigate through the software.
  • Now we have one platform where it is easy and fun to use these mark-up options for better clarity. They are also interactive and fun.
  • Having commenting/mark up tools and the ability to download PDF reports is a nice plus. I also like that their online help menu can pull up relevant answers and is kept up-to-date.
  • Cons

  • There were a few instances where the initial email containing the link to the proof got lost, so they were unaware that it was ready.
  • You are unable to route a website via the software which makes it a bit difficult if you have those projects.
  • Previously our proofing was all done through email, which lead to massive email chains. Worse, new email chains would be started and by the end of a project, there were multiple threads to manage.
