Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer support is fantastic - the support people are technical and responsive.

  • Its works, the team are helpful and professional. It saves 30% on our PPC budget day after day.

  • Cons

  • Some of the dashboard is a tad confusing but we did our own independent analysis and it all checked out to be a huge savings for our company.

  • Interface design is a bit old and hard to find, but the support is super fast and helpful

  • Pros

  • Super easy to communicate with my team and complete tasks.

  • We have used Wrike for a while now and it has been great for us!

  • Cons

  • I really loved this program, however sometimes the login session becomes slow and there are some synchronization details.

  • The software can be glitchy at times, but the customer service that Wrike provided was always spot on and they helped resolve issues quickly.
